Product Appearance and Nature: Our products are primarily created using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) or other 3D printing technologies. Due to the nature of 3D printing, each item may have unique characteristics, including but not limited to slight variations in color, texture, surface finish, and visible layer lines. These characteristics are not defects but are inherent to the production method and are accepted by you upon purchase.
Made-to-Order Items: Many of our products are made-to-order. This means production begins after your purchase is confirmed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current production and processing times.
Dimensions: All dimensions and specifications provided are approximate.
Product Use and Safety:

Limited License to Customer: When you purchase a physical 3D toy from us, you are purchasing the physical product only. You are NOT purchasing the underlying digital design (STL file) or any commercial rights to reproduce the item.
Prohibited Reproduction: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scan, reproduce, or create derivative works of the purchased physical product for commercial use. Any attempt to reproduce our designs constitutes a violation of these Terms and our intellectual property rights.
Content Rights: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any content on the website without express written permission by us.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
