Welcome to Jiggle Jug! We are excited for you to receive your new 3D toy. Please review our shipping policy to understand our process, delivery times, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

The time required to prepare your order for shipment varies based on the product.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock will be processed within [1-3] business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Made-to-Order / 3D Printed Items: Since some of our 3D toys are printed specifically for your order, they require additional production time. These orders will be processed and prepared for shipping within [5-10] business days. This is the time it takes to print, clean, and quality-check the toy before it is shipped.

We will notify you via email if there are any expected delays that fall outside of this timeframe.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options Available (After Processing Time):

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: [5-7] business days.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout (or Flat Rate: ₹50).

  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: [2-3] business days.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over ₹5000.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within India. We currently ship using FedEx, UPS.

  • We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@jigglejug.com.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Jiggle Jug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before making a purchase.

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Jiggle Jug is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you receive your order as expected.

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@jigglejug.com with photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If the tracking information shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a resolution, such as initiating a reshipment or refund.
