To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 4 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The 3D toy must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
Gift cards.
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Custom-made or personalized 3D models (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
To initiate a return:
Contact Us: Please email our support team at support@jigglejug.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on where to send the product, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send your return without an RMA number.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
If we provide a pre-paid return label: The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your total refund. (e.g., will not if you offer free returns, or will if you deduct the cost).
If you are shipping an item over ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jigglejug.com.
We take great care in packaging, but if your 3D toy arrives damaged or defective:
Immediate Contact: Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at support@jigglejug.com.
Provide Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item and the packaging.
Resolution: We will promptly review the case and, at our discretion, offer a full refund, an exchange, or a replacement, including covering the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to a defect or damage, send us an email at support@jigglejug.com.
